What is 1:1 Mentoring with me?
If you like the way I work and want to know some of the things I've learned over the last 13 years of taking photos professionally, this is for you. Whether you're interested in learning more about how to take more relaxed and real photos, just want to learn how to use a camera, or need help establishing your photography business, this is the place (no Utah pun intended).
Everyone needs mentors. My photography mentors help me think outside the box, and challenge me to grow in ways I never would have been able to on my own. Without access to their knowledge, I wouldn't be where I am today, I'm sure of it. I developed my own sense of style, process, and eye because of the things I learned by getting coaching.
Let me be that person for you!
Mentoring sessions are private sessions with me and can be scheduled by the hour. They can be in person if you're local, or over video chat.
What is covered in Mentor Sessions?
It's completely up to you! My brain is yours during your time. Learn the Becky way of doing things.
We can cover absolutely anything you need help with! Questions about gear and lenses, a portfolio critique, tips on how to use your camera, or questions about finding your style, how to use social media for business, or how to market to your ideal client. We can cover nitty gritty business questions, improve lighting and composition skills, or my favorite -- talk about how to take relaxed and candid photos of families and relationships.
Who is Mentoring for?
I decided to offer mentoring to help guide people like me who prioritize authentic and true-to-life photos as they create their photography business. But I also love to chat with people who just want to learn how to use their camera too.
In short, mentoring sessions are for anyone who wants the Becky Green kind of personal guidance on anything related to photography!
What does Mentoring look like?
Mentoring is designed for you to have a place to turn with questions, or to bounce ideas around.
It can be us chatting over coffee. Or it can be out on location with cameras and models where you can learn hands on in real time. You'll come away with tons of new skills and photos for your portfolio.
Or if you're not local, a video chat can cover so many bases and is a great option!
These sessions are totally customizable for what you need right now.
How much does it cost?
Just Chatting
$75 for 1 hour
$65 per hour thereafter
a la carte or set up a weekly chat for a month
On Location
$100 for 1 hour
We bring models and pick a location together.
You bring your camera and I walk you through a real-life photo tiny session, answering questions and giving tips.
